April 29, the last batch waste aluminium recycling plant sorting line equipment finished delivery to European market. The final client placed order 3 month ago, After 3 month busy production work, all related recycling equipment has offline and delivery to the destination . 

Since Jan, The contract are signed and then all technical parameters are confirmed. The line including crusher, drum magnet, chain plate feeder, air separator,lifting feeder, Trommel screen and Eddy current separators. All these equipment connected to be a metal sorting system to get purity aluminium products. Below are the 2D drawing.

The metal process flow sheets

Waste aluminium - rolling machine - crusher machine- drum magnet - chain plate feeder - air separator - Trommel screen - eddy current separator.

The Features of the line:

1. Good quality Crusher machine control the size of the waste aluminium

2. Drum magnet pick up the ferrous mixed in the waste aluminium.

3. Air separator remove the light materials or fluff material

4. 3 different size fractions to promise the good sorting performance.

5. High frequency eccentric eddy current separator get the high purity aluminium.

6. One key start up the whole system, PLC control with touch screen display and monitor.
