11 May,2021. a team of engineers from Beijing construction engineering group visited our factory for C&D waste recycling project equipment operation.

The main purpose is to make a research about the air separation equipment for the C&D waste recycling. Per our experience, the air separator made of TLM will be positive for the separation of light material from heavy materials. So clients send us a ton metric construction&demolish waste to do the test in our factory by the sample machine.

We have two types air separators for the material separation. One is vertical air separator- Zig Zag air separator, another is horizontal air separator. See below photos

The function proved air separators are pretty good at the light material sort out from the heavy material. The Zig zag air separator machine capacity can be reach to 3T/H- 10T/H compared to 10T/H- 20T/H of horizontal air separator for C&D waste material. And The Zig zag is more suitable for the auto shredder residual processing.
