For the high huminity content ASR material and some ultra fine material inside of it, we adopt a new combination of Drum screen and Flip-flow screen to deal with it. We choose the drum screen to classifiy the big size material, then the small size fraction was send to flip-flow screen to separate the ultra fine particles. The flip-flow screen with the features of high separation efficency and jam provention, so it's a good equipment to process the fine particles. After separating out the ultra-fine particles, the material then be send to air separation system for further process. It will remove the light material(fluff), and the residual heavy material(raw material) will go to metal sorting system for metal recycling/collection.
